Our Original 3 Car Waxes
At Auto Finesse, we are always working to enhance and refine our products. Amid all the exciting new developments, we want to take a moment to highlight our three original waxes. These essential products cater to a wide range of paint colours while delivering the same luxurious finish!

FIRST UP - SOUL
Soul has been specially formulated for white paint and light, solid colors. It contains a blend of 33% T1-grade Brazilian Carnauba wax, along with beeswax, candelilla wax, and essential oils, resulting in a highly reflective finish. This unique combination creates a glass-like visual effect that enhances light, bright, pastel, and pale hues beautifully.

The included oils offer excellent water repellency and protect against environmental contaminants like UV fading, tree sap, and bird droppings. Packaged in a 150g tin, this wax has a delightful sweet mango scent and delivers up to three months of durability.

Start by washing your car thoroughly; it’s essential that the surface is free of dirt before applying any protection. Once your paint is prepared for waxing (for more details, check out our other blog posts on the various stages), take a foam applicator and place it inside the tin of wax, rotating it halfway to coat the pad with enough wax for a single panel. Apply the wax using small, overlapping strokes until the entire panel is covered. Repeat this process for the next panel.
After completing the second panel, return to the first panel and buff off any wax residue using a microfibre towel. Continue this method until you’ve finished waxing the entire vehicle. If you’re working in hot conditions or find that the wax has dried too quickly, simply use a water-based quick detailer to help remove any haze and excess product.

NEXT UP - PASSION
Our Passion Carnauba Wax is a professional-grade hard wax designed specifically for use on vintage paint, as well as cellulose and high-solid matte finishes. It features a unique formula that includes 45% T1-grade Brazilian Carnauba Wax, all-natural beeswax, candelilla wax, and essential oils, providing a brilliant shine and excellent water repellency for vintage paint surfaces.

This hard wax blend is enriched with nourishing oils that enhance gloss and depth, perfect for vintage paintwork. It also provides protection against UV fading, environmental damage, and road grime like tar. Packaged in a 150g tin with a passionfruit scent, it offers up to four months of durability.

To use: As always, make sure your vehicle is clean and dry before applying the wax. Take one of our foam applicators and give it a half-turn in the tin—this should provide enough wax for one panel. Apply using small, even strokes, making sure each pass overlaps slightly. Remember, a little wax goes a long way, so use it sparingly! Once you've finished applying wax to one panel, move on to the next, and then go back and buff off the wax residue from the previous panel. Repeat until the entire vehicle is finished.

Last but not least, we have...
SPIRIT
Auto Finesse Spirit car wax is specifically formulated to enhance metallic and pearlescent paint finishes. Comprising 50% T1-grade Brazilian Carnauba Wax, along with a blend of natural waxes and oils, it brings exceptional visual clarity and depth to any metallic or pearlescent surface.

With a delightful apple fragrance, Spirit comes in 150g tins and delivers impressive durability of up to six months. Its unique blend is specially designed to revive the shine and brilliance of pearl and metallic paint finishes.

To use: Gently twist a foam applicator in the wax tin, coating it with enough wax for one panel. Apply the wax to your dry paint using small, even strokes, overlapping each pass. After completing one panel, move on to the next. Once two panels are done, buff off the wax from the first panel, and continue waxing the next, keeping one panel ahead as you work.

- Allow at least three hours between coats or layers of wax for optimal results.
- We recommend applying two layers of wax, with the second layer ensuring an even and consistent finish across the entire vehicle.
- Avoid waxing if the temperature is below 6°C or above 35°C for best application results.
- Steer clear of direct sunlight or high humidity, as these conditions can cause the wax to over- or under-cure before removal.
- If your paintwork has light imperfections or hasn’t been polished in 6-12 months, consider using a pre-wax cleanser to enhance the final shine.
- A half-turn of the applicator should cover one panel, but if the pad starts to feel dry or uneven, add another quarter-turn of wax to ensure smooth coverage.
- The key to waxing is applying the product as thinly and evenly as possible for a flawless finish.
