Washing Your Microfibre Cloths The Right Way
Microfibre cloths are a must-have for any detailing job, playing a vital role in almost every step of the process. That’s why properly caring for your microfibres is so important—not just to maintain your car’s finish but also to save you money in the long run.

Start by sorting your microfibre cloths into two groups: short-pile and plush/long-pile. This separation ensures a more effective and thorough cleaning. Always wash your Aqua Deluxe Drying Towels separately, as they typically haven’t come into contact with any detailing products.
Place your cloths in the washing machine, ensuring not to overload it. Aim for about half of a standard load to allow for effective cleaning.
Add 2-3 capfuls (approximately 50ml) of Micro Wash Microfibre Detergent to the washing machine's detergent tray.
Select a fast spin cycle on your washing machine, keeping the temperature at or below 30°C. The low heat prevents the fibres from fusing together and causing damage, while the fast spin helps extract most of the water after washing.
Once the wash cycle is complete, hang your cloths to air dry in a well-ventilated area at room temperature.
Wait until your cloths are completely dry before folding them neatly for reuse.
