What's Tripple All-in-One Polish?
Our highly versatile Tripple Car Polish is an all-in-one polishing compound we've designed to clean, refine and protect paintwork all at the same time and with a single application. It's these multiple characteristics that means Tripple goes far beyond a traditional car polish and classifies it as an 'all-in-one' formula.
The triple-action of cleaning, polishing and protecting comes from the unique blend of ingredients. First and formost it includes both advanced diminishing abrasives and deep-cleaning solvents. These working together make Tripple capable of eradicating light swirl marks, oxidation and water spots through the dual action of mechanical abrasion and chemical removal.
The advanced abrasives Tripple contains are relatively fine to make them easy to work through and break down, even when polishing by hand. The 'easy-on easy-off' formula is also suitable for use with polishing machines, but use with a Microfibre Work Cloth is ideal for smaller awkward areas and a Microfibre Applicator or Polish Pad is great for enhancing larger panels. With your microfibre tools you can quickly apply, work through and buff to a high shine finish.
There's also the protection aspect. Tripple contains Brazillian T1 Grade Carnuba Wax, so it installs an added layer of hydrophobic protection that lasts for up to 4-weeks. This means that Tripple ideal for adding stand alone protection or as a base for an ultra durable hard wax.
Apart From Full Panels Where Can I Use Tripple?
Tripple is classed as a cleaner wax or cleaner polish so it's designed to remove stubborn contamination and oxidation. It also means that Tripple be used to enhance areas other than full panels of paintwork or gloss plastic. In fact, professional detailers love using Tripple in the most commonly missed and most awkward areas, simply because a little Tripple and a Microfibre Work Cloth will go a long way to enhance the overall results of any detail. Here's a few of our top tips and areas not to miss...
Inside and around handles is a great place to use Tripple because it will remove, glaze and obscure any annoying light scratches. It's almost impossible to get a machine polisher into these areas so a little Tripple on your cloth or applicator will have you sorted in seconds.
Inside fuel flaps is often overlooked when finishing up that detail. The abrasives and solvents in this advanced formula is perfect for removing oxidation and stubborn fuel staining quickly and easily.
We often remove numberplates during our enhancement details and we always seem to find a distinct line where paint has faded, and a grimy tide mark around where the plate sits. These intricate areas may be difficult to clean and enhanced during a normal car wash but can all be tackled effectively with Tripple.
Never forget that the inner part of your wing mirrors are extremely noticeable when you (or your client) are driving. These are often missed during the polishing process but it's a great professional tip to make sure these are cleaned and refined. Just one of those small details that can make a big difference.
There are usually many painted areas under your bonnet that are susceptible to baked-on contamination, often from a mixture of fumes and ingrained grime. Stubborn contamination can build up quickly in your door jambs and boot shuts. Tripple is ideal for deep cleaning and polishing these often-forgotten areas bringing them back to life. Before using Tripple remove any loose grime first. This is best completed during the wash stages with a little Citrus Power Bug & Grime Remover and a soft Detailing Brush. You can also give these a quick wipe over with a light dilution of Verso All Purpose Cleaner just before you polish.
The inner doors are a similar area that is often overlooked but they be cleaned and enhanced in the same way. Make sure you don't forget these!
The panel gaps, particularly between the doors, are a kind of interior/exterior hybrid that are exposed to the elements all the time. It makes sense then that these pick up all sorts of contaminants during normal driving. Tripple is ideal for deep cleaning here but, even better than that, it also protects these areas in the future making them easier to clean and less likely to become contaminated from ingrained grime.
The inner boot hatch may not be used as much as doors but this makes them even more notorious for ground-in grime and staining caused by sticky rubber seals. Luckily those unsightly black marks can be quickly melted away using the powerful combination of solvents and abrasives. .
Tripple loves to deep-clean and protect hard, smooth plastics, just like the ones used around rear lights. These can also be more of a contamination trap than you might think. Tripple is also great for enhancing all your other exterior gloss plastics including the larger areas such as your tailights themselves and the pillar trims.
